Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. Below are the terms and conditions for enrollment:

Eligibility: To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Also, you should have a valid PayPal account.

Approval Process: All applications will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliates Duties:

As an affiliate, we kindly request that you create Merch Dominator tutorials on social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Telegram, your website or any other appropriate marketing channel. You are also encouraged to promote Merch Dominator on your social media accounts and mention us in your Facebook group. Additionally, we ask that you share your affiliate link with your newsletter subscribers and consider writing a blog post about Merch Dominator. If you don't have an audience on social media, you can simply promote Merch Dominator to your friends. Your efforts in promoting our service are highly appreciated and can lead to increased commissions for you.

Commission Rates: The commission rate is 25% for every successful referral to Merch Dominator. This means you will receive a 25% commission for each subscription generated through your unique affiliate link. Please note that the commission rate is discretionary and subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Cookie Duration: The cookie duration is 30 days, which means that if a customer makes a subscription within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission.

Payment Terms: Payments will be made on a monthly basis. Payments will be made via Paypal. Please note that payments for a given month will be made in the following month, for example, payments for January referrals will be made in February.

Payment Schedule: The payments will be made on the 15th of every month.

Reporting: Login 24 hours a day to check your sales, traffic, and account balance and see how your affiliate link is performing. Affiliates can also download their reports from the dashboard.

Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are not allowed:

- To use spam, fraud, or any other illegal methods to generate sales.

- To bid on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid search campaigns.

- To make false or misleading advertisements

- To modify or change any of our marketing material including logos and banners

- To use the affiliate link on coupon & deal sites

- To subscribe to Merch Dominator with your own affiliate link

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time and for violation of any of these terms and conditions.

Restrictions on promotion: In order to maintain a positive relationship with our customers, we require our affiliates to adhere to the following guidelines when promoting Merch Dominator through email or other marketing channels:

- The affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to email marketing, including CAN-SPAM regulations.

- The affiliate must use only opt-in email lists and may not send unsolicited emails.

- The affiliate must clearly identify themselves as an affiliate of Merch Dominator in all marketing materials.

- The affiliate may not make false or misleading claims about Merch Dominator or its products.

- The affiliate may not use our trademarks, logos, or other branding materials in any way that suggests they are affiliated with or endorsed by Merch Dominator, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

Termination of agreement: Violation of intellectual property rights: If the affiliate uses copyrighted material or trademarks without permission or in a way that infringes on the owner's rights, the agreement may be terminated.

Prohibited activities:

- As previously stated in the terms and conditions, if the affiliate engages in prohibited activities such as spamming, fraud, or making false/misleading advertisements, the agreement may be terminated.

- Breach of confidentiality: If the affiliate shares confidential information or trade secrets of Merch Dominator with unauthorised parties, the agreement may be terminated.

- Non-compliance with legal requirements: If the affiliate fails to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion of the product, the agreement may be terminated.

- Inactivity: If the affiliate does not generate any sales or traffic over a six-month period, the agreement may be terminated.

If an affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement or engages in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our brand, we reserve the right to terminate the affiliate's account and withhold any commissions earned. In addition, if an affiliate has not generated any sales within a six-month period, we reserve the right to terminate the affiliate's account. We will provide notice of termination to the affiliate via email.

Legal compliance: The affiliate must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion of the product.

Marketing Emails and Promotions Agreement:

By enrolling in our affiliate program, you agree to receive emails from Merch Dominator and to be automatically subscribed to our newsletter and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. Please note that unsubscribing from our emails does not terminate your participation in our affiliate program.

Marketing Resources:

We provide our affiliates with a variety of marketing resources to promote Merch Dominator, including logos, digital ads, and other promotional materials. The affiliate must also agree to the following:

- The affiliate may not modify or change any of our marketing materials, including logos and banners, without our prior written approval.

- The affiliate may not use our marketing materials on any websites or platforms that promote violence, discrimination, pornography, or illegal activities.

- The affiliate may not use our marketing materials to promote any other products or services that compete with Merch Dominator.
